Is there any downtime with Secret PRO treatments?
Your downtime will depend on the specific Secret PRO treatment you choose, since each one targets different conditions with varying amounts of intensity.
• Following a Secret PRO Ultra CO2 or Ultra Light CO2 treatment, your skin may appear pink and warm to the touch, and you may experience scabbing and flaking on the treatment area as your skin regenerates. The exfoliation process for Ultra CO2 lasts five to seven days, while Ultra Light’s lasts three to four days.
• Secret PRO Refine requires no downtime at all; you may experience some redness which will dissipate in a few hours following treatment.
• Secret PRO Revive requires either a few days or a week of downtime, depending on the skin conditions being treated. You may experience a sunburn-like sensation along with pink skin, which should subside in a day or two.
• Secret PRO Luxe requires more downtime due to its minor side effects. For about three days following treatment, you may notice pink or blotchy skin similar to a sunburn, after which the treated area flakes for about two weeks.
