Are you afraid of looking overfilled?
This is a common concern with dermal fillers. Many of us don’t necessarily want a lot of volume, but we still want to correct crepey skin, wrinkles and sagging. For these patients, I often recommend hyperdiluted Radiesse®, which is simply Radiesse thinned out with a mixture of saline and lidocaine. I inject this diluted mixture superficially under the skin in targeted areas that need tightening and smoothing. Radiesse is a collagen stimulator, so it works gradually to reveal a smoother, firmer appearance to targeted areas like a crepey neck, but it can work anywhere you need rejuvenation. Radiesse also provides immediate volume, but in its diluted state, you’ll enjoy a much subtler effect. Best of all, since it’s a collagen stimulator, you’ll get long-lasting, gradual benefits that build.
Are you worried about your chin?
Is aging causing a lack of definition on your jawline or a subtle double-chin effect?
These are common concerns as we age. Our skin thins out and starts to sag, and this often causes our jawlines to look less defined and may even cause some of us to develop a slight double chin, even if there’s very little fat in that area.
For jawline definition, we are finding great success using Voluma®, a filler designed for restoring lost cheek volume. Voluma is a substantial filler in that it is packed with robust hyaluronic acid (HA) molecules, which lend it a firmer and stronger consistency. You need a firm filler to lift the cheek area, and that’s why Voluma is so successful.
